Every installation that myGlassOffice carries out includes a comprehensive 12 month warranty as standard

Thank you for choosing My Glass Office.com for your glass partition needs. We take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. To protect your investment, we offer the following warranty:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any glass partition found to be defective due to manufacturing or installation discrepancies. This includes issues not caused by misuse or accidents.

Our standard warranty excludes issues arising from Nickel Sulphide Inclusion (NSI) in Non-Heat-Soaked glass. (See our Terms & Conditions Quality section 5.5) Although this is a rare occurrence spontaneous breakage can occur, and if this is of concern, we would recommend using Heat-Soaked toughened glass instead to limit possible occurrence. This is standard throughout the Glazing industry, so please do not hesitate to contact our Technical Department to discuss if required.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, modification, or cleaning using inappropriate products. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department at hello@myglassoffice.com.  We will require proof of purchase and may request inspection of the affected partition prior to settling a claim.
